How to Attach Song Information When Writing Audio CDs in iTunes
- 1). Download and install the most recent version of iTunes. Next, go to "Start," click "All Programs" and open iTunes.
- 2). Insert a blank CD-R into your computer's disc drive. An iTunes window will inform you that you can create a CD from songs in your playlist. Click "OK" to continue.
- 3). Click on the "File" tab and select "New Playlist." After the "Untitled Playlist" link appear in the "Playlists" pane, rename your new playlist.
- 4). Click on the "Music" button, which is located in the "Library" pane. Select multiple music tracks by holding in the "CTRL" button on your keyboard and clicking on each desired track with your mouse.
- 5). Right-click the selected MP3s, highlight the "Add to Playlist" option and select your new playlist from the list of options.
- 6). Right-click your new playlist in the "Playlists" pane. Next, select "Burn Playlist to Disc." The "Burn Settings" window will appear on the screen.
- 7). Check the box next to "Audio CD." Next, check the box next to "Include CD Text." The CD text option allows users to view song details, such as the artist's name and the song title, on a burned CD.
- 8). Click the "Burn" button to begin copying your MP3s and song text to CD.
