- 1). Mix lemon juice and borax until they form a paste.
- 2). Turn off the water and flush the toilet until the tank is completely drained.
- 3). Rub the borax and lemon juice mixture on the yellow stained areas of your moist toilet bowl. Let it sit on the stain for at least two hours, then scrub your toilet with a toilet brush.
- 4). Fill the tank back up with water and flush. If the yellow stains remain, repeat Step 2 and 3, but this time, instead of using a borax and lime juice mixture, adhere paper towels soaked with white vinegar to the stained areas.
