I live in the area, so I knew about this campground, and I RV camped there in August 2008.
Describe your camping trip:
Bathrooms clean, no electricity but sun roofs. Campground clean and has electric and water hookups. Great tent sites with concrete pads. Plenty of fire pits and campsites.
Pros: There is a pond for fishing, and on Saturdays a fishing time just for kids. Some pools provided, and plenty of worms for digging.
Cons: Dry weather in the summer brings lots of bees.
Nearby attractions: Waterfalls and hiking.
Further comments: Great for families.
