Here's how to lose a stone in 2 weeks or less. This will require a COMBO-EFFORT. Your weight loss efforts will need to be a "triangle attack". You can't just do 1 thing... you need to multiply your efforts in various ways. This creates a synergistic and fast weight loss.

1. Hormones

Hormones are the most important thing you must take care of in order to lose weight... followed by diet and exercise (in that order). For hormones, I have a neat little trick I picked up. But first you need to understand that even with a perfect diet and even with you exercising a lot, without good, balanced hormones, weight loss is almost IMPOSSIBLE.

Most overweight people (especially severely overweight people) have out-of-whack hormones. This is due to man-made chemical pollutants that act as mimics to your hormones. That's too deep to explain in this short article.

But here's the STRANGE SOLUTION.

You do spins in a circle like when you were a little kid. Yeah, that's right. That's what you do. Another thing, you do them often... at least 5 different times each day. Just don't overdo it. Anywhere from 5-20 spins is ideal since you only want to get slightly dizzy.

2. Diet

I'm not going to try and reorganize your whole diet. Instead, I have a simply thing you can do that will speed up your weight loss a lot. Eat lentils or black beans as a side dish for at least 2 of your meals each day. Why do this? Because they're loaded with fiber (and protein).

This helps suppress your appetite, speed up your metabolism, as well as improve your digestive efficiency... thus UNLOCKING your full weight loss potential.

3. Exercise

I'm sure you're busy. I'm going to make this simple and quick for you. Get a mini-trampoline and jump on it during tv commercials. Set out for a goal of jumping on it for a total of 10 commercial breaks each day.

The great thing about this is you are sneaking in cardio while watching tv. You save yourself time during other parts of the day. Plus, you save gas money too!
