    • 1). Click the "Start" button, then click "All Programs." Select "Accessories." Click "Entertainment" then click "Windows Media Player" in the menu that appears.

    • 2). Click the "View" menu in the Windows Media Player window that appears, then click "Options."

    • 3). Click the "Advanced" tab, then click the "Streaming Media" item. Click "Change."

    • 4). Click "Buffer" and increase the buffer text box number by 20. Click the "OK" button.
