Losing weight can be tricky at the best of times.
It can be so hard sticking to something when results are lacking, progress seems to be going nowhere, even backwards sometimes, and it is cold, rainy and our friend just invited us over for cake and coffee.
All good things take time.

What a stunning statement once we truly realize what it is telling us.
It is saying to us that if we wish to achieve anything worthwhile in life, then it will take some time.
Maybe even quite considerable time.
But it will come.
This is probably a great statement to hold onto when trying to lose body fat.
It can seem like a week goes past and you have worked so hard, to find that you actually lose .
05 lb! How fair is that? The next week you may lose 2lbs, that is getting better, but realize this, all of your progress is dependent on your decisions and your actions.
If you say yes to your cake and coffee, you are telling yourself "Burning all the excess body fat is secondary to me, my taste buds come first".
How stupid does that sounds? You are putting a good feeling on your taste buds BEFORE your own physical appearance, your healthy, your own perception of how you are, and your short term pleasure will result in long term pain from obesity, disease and ultimately an early death if you overdo eating too much.
