What you can do is change the way you live your life so you burn less calories.

You really want to gain weight? Then do this for a couple months to see what progress you can make in your weight gain.
Stop all aerobic activity during this time.
No running, basketball, bike riding - nothing.
You are going to stop any possibility of using up your precious calories so they can go towards your weight gain.
In fact try to be lazy, lay around watching TV and relaxing every chance you get.
Do not even walk somewhere if you can ride a car.
If you are worried about losing any endurance you had gained from your previous activities do not worry about it, you can get it back after you get your weight up.
Of course you will need to eat more while you are being lazy so your calorie count will be much higher.
