- 1). Turn the Tascam DP-02 on and select the song you want to mix down and burn.
- 2). Press "Play" and move the sliders as you do until you are happy with the way that the song sounds. This is the mix down process.
- 3). Press "Master" when you are finished mixing so that you can begin mastering the song. Press and hold "RECORD" and then press "PLAY." Listen to the song throughout and perform any live mixing you want to.
- 4). Press and hold "SHIFT"+"PLAY" until the "MASTER" key flashes off.
- 5). Insert a blank CD-R into the unit. Press "CD" and then select "MASTER WRITE." Select the most recent mastered song form the list and press "YES." Press "YES" again and then "YES" again. Your mixed down and mastered song will now be burned to disc.
