How to Calculate Body Size
- 1). Weigh yourself on a scale.
- 2). Measure how tall your are.
- 3). Put these two measurements into a BMI calculator (see Resources).
- 4). Click "Calculate" to find out your BMI. A healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9.
- 1). Measure your wrist with a tape measure.
- 2). Measure your height.
- 3). Compare these two figures with a body frame chart (see Resources). The chart will help you ascertain whether you are small-boned, medium-boned or large-boned.
