Lose Belly Fat - 3 Important Tips

There are a million and one places out there that tell how you to lose fat; however most of them are not completely correct in what they tell you.
A lot of things mentioned are just theory and are NOT tested.
I'm going to give you 3 of the top methods for losing your belly fat: 1) Exercise daily, preferably in the mornings.
A light jog or run is best, if you do this in the morning you 'fuel' your body for the rest of the day.
Typically if you start a day out well in the morning, it continues like a domino effect for the rest of your day.
Endorphins are also released giving you a natural high feeling.
2) Getting enough sleep every night.
This is huge problem among people, as they typically do not get enough sleep every night.
It's recommended to get a minimum of 8 hours every night, it is also a good stress reliever to sleep the recommended amount.
3) Shadow boxing.
This is one of the absolute best ways to lose belly fat and or fat in general.
Shadow box for 15 minutes a day and you will notice a huge difference very quickly.
You don't have to be a pro boxer or be scared to do this.
You basically box the air for 15 minutes straight; you will feel the effects the first few times you do this.
As with any type of plan you to create to lose weight, you need to stick with it.
You need to set a goal and achieve it, even if it's only 1 pound per week which is 3500 calories by the way.
You don't have to be a nutrition 'guru' to know what's bad for you.
Carbohydrates late at night, fast foods, sugar fill products; all the same: They are bad for you.
Don't mistake simplicity.
It's not necessary to try every new pill and or product on the market if you know how to correctly work out.
