How to Build Six Pack Abs For the Summer

The summer is a great reason to start working on your abs.
Whether you are a man or a woman, you want to be able to walk on the beach or hang out at pool parties showing off your new physique.
The problem is that many people go about building their abs all wrong.
I learned about two key methods that can build a six pack faster.
The first mistake is going crazy doing all types of abdominal type exercises from crunches to ab exercise machines.
Do you know why these exercises do very little in terms of building your six pack? It is primarily because the fat around your abdomen has to be burned off first.
In order for your six pack abs to display, you will need to lower your body fat percentage.
This is true for both men and women, however, for women, it may be a little tougher because women naturally have more body fat than men.
Don't let that deter you however, because everyone has the ability to burn fat.
The two key methods to fat burning are: what you eat and specific fat burning exercises.
At first, I didn't believe there was an actual method.
I figured if I exercised every day I would burn fat and lose weight.
I found a much better way and it doesn't even require exercising every day.
Imagine doing specific exercises at least 3 times a week and seeing results.
