These medications help reduce the withdrawal symptoms that nicotine causes, and help you get on the right track.
There are some others that will also help you get out of any mental depression just in case you feel you're heading towards it.
Several nicotine patches are available and you can opt for it.
They release small doses of nicotine through your pores into your blood stream and you don't have the craving to head for a smoke.

They therefore get accustomed to it, if you feel like these type of cravings, head for a toothpick, lollipop sunflower seeds, mint, chewing gum etc this should help you quit smoking.

Identify activities that would accompany you while smoking, like drinking coffee, after meals, when in stress etc.
