How to Get a Beach Body Fast
So you want a beach body, now? But summer is almost over.
OK fine just follow these steps and you shall be well on your way.
First you need to eat right.
That is obvious but how are you suppose to eat right? Rather than eating three big meals a day aim to have five small meals about three hours apart from each other.
So if you wake up at about 8:45 then have breakfast at 9 then a snack at noontime, lunch at 3, and so on and so forth.
What's that? You don't know what kinds of foods you should be eating.
Well first off you need to cut out any fast food.
Same goes for any processed foods like sweets, mac and cheese, pizza snacks, and hot dogs.
Eat healthier more natural foods like peanut butter, oatmeal, turkey, eggs, whole wheat bread, fruits, vegetables, and lean meats.
This is a big step to getting a beach body.
Your overall health can greatly benefit by replacing processed foods with natural foods.
Also you do not want to avoid eating fat altogether.
A good rule of thumb is, and I always tell people this, is to choose foods with no more than 10% saturated fat and include more healthy fats.
Believe it or not your body needs these kinds of fats so it can burn more fat.
Some great sources are nuts and oils.
