When you visit the local gym next time, look around and see how many guys are working out in the hope too create muscle.
Most of them are using these fancy resistance exercise machines at the gym.
The simple facts are you do not require to use these fancy machines at all, good old fashioned weight training with free weights will be effective enough to give much better results.
To build muscle fast and quick it is important to focus on the major muscle groups such as the chest, back and legs.
Wasting time doing bicep curls for hours will not help, as these groups of muscles are relatively small.
As mentioned you are required to focus on back, legs and chest muscles as these will add muscle mass quickly.
As these muscles are linked to others when you work your chest you will be actually using your back and other muscle groups at the same time.
For example to work on your chest there is nothing better than the bench press, as it is the most effective yet simple exercise to do.
There is no need for that fancy resistance machine at all.
Focus on lifting big and keep your repetitions low and lift maximum weight.
Target 3 sets of 8 repetitions at most as more repetitions will create endurance muscle and not strength muscle.
To work on your back and legs then the barbell squat will have to be the best as it uses most of the muscle in your body.
So if you are looking for fast results then you must include this exercise in your program.
Posture will be key to performing the barbell squat exercise well.
As the chances of hurting your back will be very high if you perform the exercise wrongly.
So keep intensively focused and use the barbell squat rack for your own safety.
Also do not try and lift the barbell from the floor and place on your shoulders as this too could seriously hurt yourself.
So maintain your own safety when lifting and you will results quickly with the barbell squat.
Within eight weeks you should see results with the barbell squat and other exercises.
Add a well balanced diet including an increase of calories and protein, with enough carbohydrates and fats and the results will follow shortly and then you will see the results and keep your motivation levels at a high.
