- 1). Set the docking station into the unlocked position. Look at the left side of the docking station and make sure it is in the horizontal position.
- 2). Undock your machine by pressing the eject button on your docking station. The docking station indicator light will start blinking. It will eventually turn off. Wait until you see the eject-indicator light turn on so you will know when it is OK to undock the machine safely.
- 3). Press the eject button on the laptop or the eject button on your Start menu. Continue to press this button until the laptop moves up. Hold the laptop by each side and gently lift up.
