If you are a hardgainer who wants to gain weights and turn your skinny body to muscular body, here is some muscle building training program which you can build your muscle mass now: 1) Pumping on Monday - Pumping is a tough training for people who is weak with their arms.
You will find difficulty on doing pumping for more than 10 times, increasing the quantity slowly day by day.
Set a target for yourself how many times you must finish in a day.
2) Sit Up on Wednesday - Many people do not like to do sit up because it's quite tough to be done.
If you want your stomach has 6 muscles, you must do this training.
3) Squat on Friday - This is an important training which you must follow.
Squat is to train the strength of your leg, leg is used to carry all the loads from your body.
