Indianapolis Non-Smoking Bars

In 2006, through the efforts of Smoke Free Indy, the Indianapolis City-County Council enacted an anti-smoking law that prohibits bars and other establishments that employ or allow admittance to anyone under the age of 18 from allowing smoking on premises. As a result of this ordinance, some of Indianapolis' most well-known bars and pubs are now nonsmoking. - Jillian's is a family friendly restaurant, bar, bowling alley, billiards hall and gaming facility in downtown Indianapolis that is a popular location for corporate events, birthday parties and late night fun. It's also the place to hang out during and after Colts and Pacers games since it is located close to both Conseco Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium. ID is required and admittance is restricted to those over 21 on Friday and Saturday nights after 10 p.m.
