Diabetic Meals Diabetic Meals should always not only be good for you they need to be interesting and above all they should taste great! There is no reason why people shouldn't try a few different new meals rather than have the same boring regimented meals day after day.
I know there are people out there that are so strict with their food and through either fear or ignorance never change their diet for a moment.

This will save you loads of time trying to calculate each ingredient Keep a copy of the recipe to give to friends that would like to invite you for dinner but worry that their cooking might harm you! Food is meant to be enjoyed so bon appetite!
