X Factor Reveals a New Format For 2009
The X Factor is probably one of the more successful reality shows on TV which is up their with Britain's Got Talent, which has just finished its 2009 run.
Britain's Got Talent pulled in some of its largest viewers to date and it also greatly took America by storm, so this year's X Factor has to get a whole lot bigger and a whole lot better.
But there will be a big change for the 2009 version of the X Factor, for so long people have been auditioning only in front of the judges and the camera crew.
But Simon Cowell has announced that people will instead audition in front of a live audience, something pretty similar to Britain's Got Talent.
The audience will be able to boo the auditionees off of the stage if they are not good enough.
This move could be both a good one and a bad one, the reason for saying this is because the good aspects will be that the public will be involved right from the beginning stages of the show.
The bad aspect is that we must remember that this show is not like Britain's Got Talent, this is a singing contest and the more nervous someone gets the less likely they are going to be to sing well.
Besides from that we may not be able to hear each acts voice very well because of the booing from the audience.
On the other hand the team have indicated that it is not the audience that are going to be in control, the judges will still have the final verdict.
The panel on the other hand remain the same with Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Cheryl Cole and Danni Minogue.
Auditions have already began for the series and with almost three months left for the show to air I am sure there will be much more in store such as act and judges arguing and walking out.
All in all it is looking set to become another great show with lots of talent and controversy, I just hope that they are able to find another great star like Leona Lewis, Alexandra Burke and Shayne Ward.
