Muscle Building Enhancers & You

There are three major classes of muscle building enhancers, or supplements, which have generally been deemed to be the most effective not only by researchers, but by the purchasing class of consumers as well.
Let's check out each of them, and examine their effectiveness for helping bodybuilders, powerlifters and casual weightlifting enthusiasts to reach their muscle and strength building goals.
The first class of popular muscle building enhancers is that of whey protein.
It has been almost five decades since the first protein supplement powders first became available in the pages of muscle magazines.
Back then, eager muscle building enthusiasts were relegated to ordering these products by mail and waiting 6 to 8 weeks for your supplements to arrive.
They often tasted like a combination of chalk and sawdust, and contained many empty calories which led to fat gains.
But, for the hardgainer, they did provide some mass building gains.
Today, you can purchase a variety of delicious whey protein powders (in many flavors) at any grocery store, or online at very competitive prices.
Common serving scoop sizes provide 22 to 25 grams of protein per serving, so two scoops mixed with two cups of cold water is an ideal meal, two to three times per day for optimal muscle gains.
If you're serious about making gains, you should be using whey protein each day, without exception.
Next on the list of supplements you just shouldn't miss out on are testosterone boosters.
Product such as Mesobolin have been used for years by athletes all over the world for their ability to effectively increase the natural testosterone levels of the body, which leads to greater muscle gain, strength increases, and fat loss.
These anabolic boosters are usually reasonably priced and are particularly useful for athletes over the age of 30 who are beginning to feel the effects of aging - most notably depressed testosterone production from year to year.
Finally, not to be missed is the top selling supplement of all time, creatine.
If you're looking to make gains in terms of muscle mass and size, the addition of creatine to your regimen is almost required.
For almost twenty years now, bodybuilders have been using creatine to force their bodies to retain greater amounts of water.
This water, in turn, serves as padding for individual muscle fibers, which allows the lifter to use greater weight when training.
This kind of 'false strength' is acceptable, because it leads to a situation where new muscle fibers are stimulated, which in turn leads to new muscle growth.
Effectively, you trick your muscles into growing by making them lift more than they are physically capable of without that extra water level.
There are literally hundreds of kinds of muscle building enhancers out there, and it will take you years to find the right combination for you.
Whey protein, Mesobolin, and creatine are three that have the longest and most proven track record, but you will always find other supplements that work as well.
Good luck in your journey!
