How to Create an SDO ID

1). Visit the Super Dancer Online webpage, and click on the "Member Registration" tab.
2). Enter the User ID of your choice in the "User ID" box. Enter your email in both the "Email" and "Confirm Email" boxes. Fill the "National ID" box with either your NRIC, passport number or social security number. Choose a password and enter it in both the "Password" and "Confirm Password" boxes. Check the "I Agree" box.
3). Check your email account for the activation code sent to you from Super Dancer Online. Enter your "User ID" and the "Activation Code" into the appropriate boxes. Click "Submit." You will now be able to login into the site with your ID and password.
