First, you have to figure out what strains of marijuana are even suitable for growing indoors.  Some Sativa strains grow over 10 feet tall, so these will not be good for growing inside of your house.  After finding the right strain for growing indoors and that suits the type of high you like, you must set up your grow area.

Your grow area, whether it's a grow closet, grow room or a stealth pc grow case, must have common elements to grow your weed at the most optimum level.  Ventilation is key because your cannabis plants need oxygen to grow and thrive! You can accomplish this by setting up an intake and an out-take fan to keep the air moving.

You must use the right type of lights because you are not then you will not have a successful grow.  The common light bulb can cause your plants to stretch because of the light frequencies.  Using fluorescent lights are great because of the light to heat ratio, price and they use the right light frequencies to grow weed.

Nutrients are needed to feed your plants to help growth during vegetation and flowering periods.  Using nitrogen will help to mature the plant while using phosphorous during the flowering period is critical to grow the most potent buds around!
