    Directions for Use on Lawns

    • 1). Add Ortho Daconil 2787 to the sprayer. Two gallons of spray will cover 333 square feet of lawn. Add 8 tbsp. of Daconil for severe disease or 5 1/3 tbsp. or mild disease. Four gallons of spray will cover 667 square feet of lawn. Add 16 tbsp. of Daconil for severe disease or 10 2/3 tbsp. for mild disease. Six gallons of spray will cover 1,000 square feet of lawn Add 24 tbsp. of Daconil for severe disease or 16 tbsp. of Daconil for mild disease.

    • 2). Add water to the sprayer container to bring the solution up to the level corresponding to the number of gallons you will use. Use the guide on the side of the sprayer to determine how much water is necessary.

    • 3). Attach the container to the hose sprayer nozzle.

    • 4). Attach the nozzle to your garden hose, turn on the water, and spray the lawn until no solution is left in the sprayer. Cover the entire area with a fine mist.

    Directions for Use in Gardens or on Ornamental Plants

    • 1). Add the required amount of Daconil 2787 to the sprayer tank of a 1-gallon tank sprayer. Some commonly used mixtures for vegetables are 1 tbsp. per gallon for beans, celery, onions, garlic potatoes, cucumbers, melons and tomatoes; 1 1/2 tsp. per gallon for potatoes and 2 1/4 tsp. per gallon for flowering shrubs such as azaleas.

    • 2). Add water to fill the tank to the 1-gallon level.

    • 3). Insert the pump and cover into the sprayer. Pump the sprayer until the indicator shows that it is ready to use.

    • 4). Spray the surface of the plants or shrubs with a fine mist of fungicide solution.
