    • 1). Fertilize the soil at the base of the wall, and water generously.

    • 2). Affix a wire trellis to the wall with aluminum screws meant for concrete.

    • 3). Dig holes for plants 2 feet away from the wall, and 1 to 2 feet apart. Carefully place the ivy pots in the holes, with the roots facing downwards.

    • 4). Roll stems of the ivy around the wire, in a vertical direction, as it grows..

    • 5). Fertilize ivy twice a month and remove weeds regularly.
