2 Important Questions About the Medifast Weight Loss Program I Forgot to Ask
In this article I'd like to take a look at a few of the questions I WISH I would have asked BEFORE starting the Medifast program..

But you can NEVER know enough going in, right?And these are the things I WISH I learned more about before I started.

:-) Eggs, Muffins and Buns...
are us?Where did all of THIS food come from? I am NOT a big fan of taking notes, reading directions or really paying TOO close attention to anything that isn't mandatory reading!Which is why I COMPLETELY missed about 50 of the 70 or so odd menu items, combinations and potential recipes that are available on the Medifast plan.
I simply STUCK with the fun, tasty yet BORING shakes..

and it DID do the trick as you know!But had I looked a little closer like SOME of my friends have, I would have discovered an untapped world of culinary delights that I really didn't know existed.
Blends, mash-ups and simple culinary creativity can take your "standard" medifast meal replacements and turn them into a delicious delight that don't even REMOTELY resemble the package you started out with.
It almost makes me want to gain some weight back...
JUST to try it all again! Tell me about the Transition? I didn't read anything about transitioning from Medifast BACK to my real world eating habits once thediet was over.
I lost A LOT of weight, was estacially happy, and without asking ANY questions (or simply reading the blueprint..
:-) on transitioning, after three weeks in the "real world" I had already GAINED 7 pounds back!Not good, right?Well, I panicked...
STEPPED back, and read EVERYTHING about transitioning, how and what to eat, how to make the complete "switch" back to regular, real meals, etc.
After a "take 2", I dropped the 7 pounds and made a SUCCESSFUL re-entry that's STILL holding strong today..
:-) But I STILL could have saved myself a bunch of stress...
simply by following directions and asking a few questions!
