Fat Loss 4 Idiots - An Easy Online Weight Loss Plan
One of the biggest stumbling blocks for me has always been finding an easy diet plan that I can follow every day.
I need something that is going to be as easy to use at work during the week, as it is at home on weekends.
This is why I want an easy online weight loss plan, that I can check online from the office each day if I'm running too late before work to figure out my day's plans.
I think Fat Loss 4 Idiots works pretty well because of its online component.
Each day you can run off your daily meal plan and all of the foods are very simple and don't require major cooking or shopping plans.
I think this makes it easier for brown-bagging.
And if I forget to pack my lunch, then I can run out and grab something during the day.
Of course, it probably makes the most sense to use the online diet plan generator at the beginning of the week so if you do need to do some shopping you can do it all at once.
All of the food is easy to find and it is primarily lean meats and other types of protein like eggs and cottage cheese.
Also, you'll have to eat your fruits and vegetables.
Things like starches and carbohydrates are more restricted, but you will also find oatmeal and other good carbs on the menu.
I wouldn't necessarily use Fat Loss 4 Idiots for long-term dieting if I had a ton of weight to lose.
But I think it offers a good way to kick start weight loss, especially when you can lose around 10 pounds in two weeks.
