- 1). Gather the required documents. You'll need a current driver's license or other form of identification with your photo. You will also need a utility bill, bank statement or other document that contains both your name and current address.
- 2). Visit the election board in the county in which you are registered to vote. The addresses of all boards are listed on the State of Oklahoma website.
- 3). Request a replacement voter identification card.
- 4). Contact the election board in your county if you do not receive your voter card within 30 days.
