How to Make Coconut Ice Cream
- 1). Combine the coconut milk, sugar and salt in a sauce pan over medium-high heat until the mixture comes to a boil and the sugar and salt have dissolved.
- 2). Remove from the heat, and add the dried coconut to the mixture.
- 3). Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour, or until chilled.
- 4). Place the mixture in an ice cream maker, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for processing.
- 5). Garnish the ice cream with the crushed dry roasted peanuts before serving.
