Have I Lost Love Forever?

When you think about the different relationships you experienced since grade school, did you connect with one more than any other? Do you think that every relationship has a time line? Well there could be, not all relationships were meant to last forever and you could have been directed into that person's life for a reason.
In grade school and jr. high the time frame of most relationships are a week or two. Time goes on, we get older and it increases to where ever our maturity level is at that time. You meet someone who sparks your interest; they are cute and at this time meet the requirements on your list of who you want as a life time partner. You date for about a year and then something happens where they want to move to the next step, are you ready for this move to happen? If not have you decided how to handle it? If you are ready, have you decided to allow the flow of events to happen or because of your belief structure and values should it be done differently.
Well let's take a look at it for moment, if you're not ready for the next move and they want to move right now, what is the best way to approach this situation. It would depend on who you spoke with, but I believe communication is the best, meaning you sit and talk with your partner and share how you feel. It isn't that you don't want to make the next move, but is it the right way to go about it and how will you both feel after you have done it. Can you come up with solutions that will work for both of you? Yes, you should be able to especially if you are honest, just don't blow your opportunity and do something out of character which will allow your companion to chose another path because they didn't like your choice.
More times than not people are in a self destruct mode after losing love, it has a tendency to bring depression and sadness to your life. Here is where value comes from understanding healthy choices verses unhealthy choices. Let's take the situation we talked about earlier where partner asked you to move in, and you didn't completely feel comfortable in making that move, hey communicate. Be committed to allowing your feelings to come out, but in a positive way to put out positive ripples. There are many ways to do things, this is why there is no right or wrong you just get to find what works for the two of you. If you put out negative ripples it may bring an end to relationship so watch very careful on what is said and what your body language tells them.
Remember no matter what you do or say there is always a chance that you won't get back together, it is imperative that you aren't in a self destruct mode and deal with your feelings to make those decisions to come out on top regardless of who your with, always listen to your heart and in the long run you will be the winner.
