How to Connect a Direct TV HR 10-250

1). Connect the coaxial cable running from the satellite dish into the "In" port on the rear of the DirecTV HR 10-250 receiver.
2). Attach the HDMI cable into the "HDMI Out" port on the DirecTV HR 10-250 receiver, then plug the free end of the high definition cable into one of the "HDMI" ports on your television set.
3). Power on the high definition television, then turn on the DirecTV HD receiver.
4). Press the "Input" button on the TV's remote control (sometimes referred to as "Source"), then choose "HDMI." This brings up the high definition video programming onto the HDTV from the satellite receiver.
