Lake Wallenpaupack is situated in the Pocono Mountains near the Delaware River. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy miles of hiking trails, fishing, boating and more in this quiet, peaceful area. Whether you are tent camping or traveling in an RV, you will find several campgrounds to suit your needs. Campers can choose a primitive or full-service campground. - The Lake Moc A Tek Campground is a 70-acre park in the Poconos. Enjoy boating and fishing on the 24-acre lake. The campground has 105 sites with full hookups, and 62 sites with water and electrical hookups. There are two designated areas for tent camping, with some sites on the waterfront. Amenities include a swimming pool, bathhouse, dump station, boat rentals, recreation room, camp store, telephone, cable televisions and fishing. Pets under 30 pounds are allowed but must be on a leash at all times.

The campground is on a small lake and offers 60 campsites. Amenities include full hookups, bathhouses, fire rings, picnic tables, laundry facilities, recreation room, a fishing dock and paddle boat rentals. Three Pines Campground is five minutes from Lake Wallenpaupack and a short drive from the shopping malls. Pets are welcome, but pit bulls are not allowed in the campground.

Choose a site on the water, near the woods or by the meadow. The 18-mile McDade Recreational Trail runs to the north and south of the campground. Enjoy hiking, canoeing and kayaking on the river. Take a short drive to see one of the many waterfalls and historic sites in the area during your visit. The Appalachian Trail is just a few miles down the road.

The campground is open from March 1 through December 31 and does not charge for children under the age of 17. Enjoy mini-golf, a heated pool, playground, camp store, recreation hall, scheduled activities, a pool table, video games, volleyball, basketball and horseshoe pits. Amenities include a camp store, laundry room, pavilions, bathhouses, dump station and pumping service. Tent camping is permitted in the designated area, and cottages and cabins are available for rental.
