How to Cook Frog
- 1). Add the egg, salt, pepper and cornmeal to the bowl and mix together.
- 2). Pour the oil into the skillet and heat on medium-high heat until the oil is hot.
- 3). Dunk the frog legs in the batter and make sure they are fully covered with the mixture.
- 4). Fry in the hot oil for 25 minutes. Make sure you turn the frog legs so that they cook evenly.
- 5). Remove from the skillet and serve hot.
- 1). Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium-high heat so that it is bubbling.
- 2). Add the garlic and the pepper and stir for a few seconds so the garlic flavor starts to come out -- you'll be able to smell the garlic.
- 3). Add the frog legs and cook until the frog legs begin to brown.
- 4). Pour the wine into the saucepan and bring to a boil. Once its boiling, turn the heat to low, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5). Remove the frog legs and put them in the warm serving dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and enjoy.
