How to Make Your Own Single Stem Bouquets
- 1). Place some floral foam inside a bouquet holder with a handle. Use scissors to cut the foam to size. The floral foam and the bouquet holder can be purchased at any craft store.
- 2). Cut the stem of your chosen flower 3" long and insert it in the center of the bouquet holder, making sure it sits snugly in the foam.
- 3). Choose eight pieces of greenery and cut the stems 3" long. Evenly place them around the flower in the holder.
- 4). Select four stems of baby's breath and place them in the holder--one on each of four sides of the flower.
- 5). Tie an 18"-long satin ribbon, the color of your wedding's theme, at the top of the holder--the base of the flowers. Create a bow with large loops. Let the remaining ribbon hang down.
