Secure hair away from face. Use a makeup sponge to color the lower part of the forehead, nose and upper lip area with white paint. Use the makeup sponge to apply and also to smear, smudge and blend until the desired level of white has been achieved. - 2). Apply the orange face paint below the eyes and onto the eyelids. Use the makeup sponge to apply, smear and blend the paint into the skin.
- 3). Apply a mix of green and yellow face paint to the chin, outer cheeks and upper forehead. Now you have completed the three layers of foundational color. Wait five minutes to allow the color to dry completely.

Apply thin-line liquid black eyeliner to the upper eyelid and the eyebrow region. Let the eyeliner dry. - 5

Paint the lips red with 24-hour lipstick. Apply the thick-line black eyeliner to the nose and mouth area, creating the look of a cat"s nose and mouth with whiskers. Let dry. - 6

Add lines with the black thick-line eyeliner to depict stripes on the cat face. The stripes can be heavy or light. Just make sure that whatever you do on the left side of the face matches that on the right and is thoroughly symmetrical. - 7

Finish the cat face by brushing a light powder of foundation over the whole design, helping to seal it into place.
