How to Cure Loud Stomach Noises
My experience with this went on for several years. I found that it began when I started a new job working in an office where I was sat down all day and my stress levels were higher. After lunch my digestion noises would be incredibly loud and this continued after my evening meal. People across the office would often comment on the volume of my stomach noises and this became very embarrassing.
I visited the doctor I told him of my symptoms which included diarrhea, bloated stomach, gas, abdominal pain and of course very loud stomach noises. He put all these symptoms down to IBS - irritable bowel syndrome which I was very dubious about and so I took it upon myself to find a cure. The cure for this I found was completely diet related.
The idea was simple, for two weeks I would completely eliminate nearly all sugar from my diet - this included fruit, any added sugar, any products that had sugar in. I would only eat natural foods - similar to how a caveman would eat so this left me with: meat, fish, low sugar vegetables, water, milk and eggs. I would keep my list of āsuitable foods' below 20 ingredients this giving my stomach its best opportunity if an easy digestion process. With these ingredients I am only eating vegetables and meat, it is very simple to digest and are all slow release energy foods and so the digestion process is longer.
Within days my loud stomach noises had completely cleared up, I felt better, all my symptoms had completely cleared up. I was no longer visiting the toilet several times a day or having a bloated stomach - I felt great! After the two weeks I introduced another ingredient into my 'suitable foods' list and began eating this into my diet, once I felt comfortable with this I did another. I basically went back to basics and stripped my food list down, then built it back up. I am now six months into this and am still ok.
