How to Adjust RainBird 5000 Sprinklers
- 1). Pull up the turret. Turn the turret counter-clockwise until it stops at the trip point.
- 2). Insert the flat blade screwdriver into the arc adjustment socket directly below the Rain Bird logo on the top of the sprinkler head.
- 3). Hold the turret up and to the left stop point, and turn the screwdriver clockwise to increase the arc.
- 4). Hold the turret up and to the left stop point, and turn the screwdriver counter-clockwise to decrease the arc.
- 5). Allow the nozzle to return to its resting position.
- 6). Adjust the radius by placing a flat blade screwdriver into the radius adjustment slot on the top of the sprinkler head, opposite the arc adjustment slot.
- 7). Turn the screwdriver clockwise to reduce the radius.
- 8). Turn the screwdriver counter-clockwise to increase the radius.
