    • 1). Perform butt exercises that efficiently cut cellulite fats. One effective exercise requires you to position yourself in a kneeling position. Lift your leg up and hold for ten seconds and then release. This leg exercise contracts the muscle in your butt to burn the excess cellulite from your butt region. You can perform other exercises that contract your butt muscles, such as running stairs, doing lunges, leg curls and more.

    • 2). Use weights as part of your workout routine to increase the burn of cellulite fat, shape your butt and create a toned look to your behind. Attach some weights to your ankles and perform a standard standing leg curl in the process. Lift your leg behind you as high as you can and slowly bring it back down to cause your muscles to contract and expand. Complete three sets of 10 to 15 repetitions with each leg.

    • 3). Get into the push-up position with your elbows on the ground and your legs extended. With weights on your ankles, lift your leg backwards as high as they will go and slowly bring them back down. This exercise is designated to reduce cellulite fat build-up in your butt as well as work out your upper and lower abdominal muscles. Complete three sets of 10 to 15 repetitions with each leg.

    • 4). Perform pilates exercises to tone and shape your butt. Pilates are known to modify the shape and tone of the lean muscles around the butt area because it burns excess cellulite stored in those areas. Take a pilates class or buy some DVDs to help you start with pilates.
