Baby Boomer Retirement Options - Retire on Less Or Earn in Retirement
Most baby boomer retirement options all come down to two choices...
retire on less money or earn money in retirement.
A recent survey of baby boomers by the Del Webb corporation found that 72% of all baby boomers felt they would have to work in retirement.
Whether this is due to the economy or poor planning is irrelevant...
most folks do not not think they have enough money to retire.
If this describes your situation, all is not lost...
for those planning on proceeding with what ever resources they have...
the retiring on less fits such lifestyles as:
in fact they are great fun...
we would not change anything.
For those that would like to earn more...
the best scenario would be a situation where earn but you appear fully retired.
This would mean working when and where you want with no boss or set schedule.
If you have a schedule or a boss you are not really retired from a freedom standpoint.
Of course a combination of these two options is OK and what we do now...
we appear fully retired but are earning at the same time...
still having fun and confident in staying retired.
If you fall into the 72% of baby boomers that feel they do not have enough to retire...
you may need some help in paving the way to retiring on less or learning how to earn while appearing retired.
We have experience in both and can help you enjoy a fun, frugal retirement.
