- 1). Take 2 tbsp. of ionic silver after eating. Swish the ionic silver around in your mouth for a couple of minutes.
- 2). Add 1 to 2 drops of oregano oil to your mouth with the ionic silver and swallow. If needed, water may also be used to help swallow the mixture.
- 3). Apply a small amount of oregano oil to the affected areas using a piece of cotton or a cotton swab. Repeat this entire process two to three times per day, for as long as needed.
