The job of the translator becomes almost like that of one who is getting baffled every now and then to convert an Italian pizza into a traditional English variant to suit the palates of the people. The next aspect which is now to be considered is that of the Italian culture and it is never too difficult to decipher that formality is the key aspect of the Italian culture. Like several other European languages, the term you is necessarily formal. Therefore, you is used with the similar attributes while addressing a policemen or someone in the family or may be even in the circle of friends. As a matter of fact, it is difficult to get hold of the formal terminologies of the Italian corporate world more so for the translators. Another issue which comes in the mind often while tackling the translation is that of the idea of prejudice which is not exactly distinct and a professional is addressed as a professional irrespective of the gender. In conclusion it can be said that the translators have to exactly keep in mind the cultural and the linguistic differences in mind while making the correct impression on the readers.
