Men do not really like having a lot of fat around their jaw.
Having much fat in this area makes one look old and a bit on the fat side.

Exercise, exercise, exercise! Don't forget that fat around the jaws is basically accumulated fat.

Besides doing cardio for at least 20 minutes, three times a week, there are other exercises that you can do to develop those jaw muscles.
Oblique abdominal crunches as well as push ups develop muscles along the shoulders and the neck, which are ultimately connected to the jaw line.
Facial exercises Facial exercises can be done in order to define the areas around your chin.
Simply place on or two fingers along your chin making sure that you apply pressure on the area.
While doing so, purse your lips so that they surround the teeth in an O-shape.
Contract your lips while maintaining this position for 45 seconds and then release.
If this is too complicated for you, you can also try chewing gum as this also helps in building and enlargement of muscles around the jaw.
Make sure that the gum is sugar-free though as you wouldn't want to add to the calories.
Drink water Dehydration can help you gain facial fat in the same manner as not eating causing you to become flabbier.
The point is to lose as much facial fat while exercising.
However, this does not mean that you should get dehydrated as well.
You wouldn't want wrinkle to accompany your weight loss now, would you? In order to develop an ideal facial tone and chiseled look, the key is to keep healthy.
In the end, it's not only achieving a look that would go along with the majority's sense of aesthetics.
It also about making sure that you live long enough and healthy enough as well.
