The American Government seems to be debating about what Americans really want.
We "The American People" need to stop the debates in Washington once and for all and speak loudly, making it clear what we Americans want.
Right now we "the Americans" have no power.
We can in fact have all the power if we just come together and join the fight to win this nation back.
The real power comes in the form of the American vote, but the important thing to realize is the vote is only powerful if we, the American People, come together as a nation to have the majority vote.
This is what we fail to have in America today.
We can come together and create a "Pledge Of American People".
This will act as our voice America, could give us a chance to take our country back.
We need to take a pledge and send a clear message to Washington.
We need both the Republicans and Democrats to keep a balance in our Government to get the best results for all.
No matter what party you support you have to agree that the Republican party today are being controlled by outside parties and pledges that they signed and are being held accountable to them.
This is wrong, the only pledge or oath any politician should take and sign is to serve the American People and the United States of America in the best interest of the people and nation.
I am so disappointed in the work the Republication party of today is doing.
They have backed themselves in a corner with all the pledges that they signed which is really hurting our nation as a whole.
There is no where for them to turn now and it is us "The American People" and our country that is going to suffer.
The Republican party is now in control of the house and the senate, they need to take a stand, stand strong, and not let the President or the Democratic party in the chamber intimidate them.
This is what I hear all the time: Republican party is trying to cut the big three, Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security to cover up or make up for the billions of cuts that the top 2% got last year.
Republicans keep saying that the Americans do not support a tax raise for the top 2%.
The polls clearly show that "the people" do support the tax raise for the wealthy.
"The people" also want the debt ceiling raised as this is very important for our country.
Republicans ignore the polls that are taken.
Is this all true? Right now the only voice Americans have is in the form of a poll.
We need to have a much more clearer and louder voice which will reach Washington and have a strong impact.
Now what is the democratic party doing: The Democratic party is pulling the "filibuster" which prolongs speech and obstructs progress in the assembly.
This back-n-forth between the parties just isn't going to work.
I hear that the Democratic Party lies, is this true? I'm not sure you will have to make that call yourself.
I do know that the President has said things that became untrue as time passed.
Democrats keep raising our debt into the trillions, you have to agree we have to get the country's debt under control.
The only way to do this is the government will have to make cuts so that our future generations do not have to suffer from what this administration did.
So that's it, that is what I have to say.
No matter what Party you support you have to agree that our Government at this time is broken.
"Pledge Of American" is the way we need to take to send our message.
An American pledge will make it clear who we will and will not vote for in the elections.
If our country comes together and signs a pledge it will open the eyes of these politicians to take the people seriously for it may have a great impact on their career.
