Eyesight Correction: How To Achieve It Naturally

If you're anything like me, sooner or later you'll break or lose all the gear associated with poor eyesight. Glasses get stepped on, contacts lenses and cases get lost, plus there is some ongoing costs with maintaining sharp vision. There is also some discomfort (at least with contact lenses) and that fact that, no matter how glasses are styled, there are ties when you just don't want to wear them. Because of all these reasons, sooner or later most people look into eyesight correction.

The current vogue method is through laser surgery. This method basically responds to a change in the shape of the eye by taking tissue away to correctly re-establish the distance between the retina and cornea, resulting in clearer focus. There are some risks though, such as dry eyes, trouble seeing in the dark, pain, infection, or that fact that it may be botched and you could end up as a statistic. It's also a last resort; once you've had surgery, other options are closed off.

A better way to achieve eyesight correction is through natural methods. While commonly derided (as most natural methods tend to be), I encourage you to try it for yourself and see what happens. The theory goes that vision problems are caused by your eyeball becoming misshapen over time (something the conventional medical establishment agrees with), and is caused by continual strain from the muscles that move the eye. By relaxing those muscles, the eyeball will return to its original shape and vision problems will then disappear.

There are 2 general steps to this. First you have to relax the muscles of your eye, and then practice using your eyes in a relaxed state. You are, over time, getting used to the feeling of seeing while relaxed. There are specific exercises for this, and they must be done daily for results. Natural vision correction is not a magic pill, and it may take time to show results, but if you keep at it they will come. Besides, given the relatively low cost compared to other methods, and the fact 1) most products have a generous refund period, and 2) if you find that it doesn't work other avenues are still available, this is the method you should try first.

You can get 20/20 vision naturally, and believe me, it's a wonderful world when you can see without glasses.
