Seagrove Beach is located halfway across the Florida Panhandle and along the Gulf of Mexico. It is in a serene area and is surrounded by a state preserve and two state parks. In addition to its beaches, this increasingly popular tourist town features shops, restaurants and resort-style hotels with condominiums. - One Seagrove Place in Seagrove Beach is a resort-style hotel within walking distance of the town of Seaside. The hotel overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, the Point Washington State Preserve to the north and Grayton Beach State Park to the west. Recreational amenities at the hotel include an outdoor heated pool with a sun deck, a tennis court with lights, a fitness room and a free beach service that includes two free chairs and an umbrella from March through October.

Most of the units have covered parking, while all of them have marble-top vanities in the bathroom and whirlpools in the master bedroom.
