Even though they have well known titles such as Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, some ot them can be had on another website for much less.
This is a modified 2-up pay plan.
With a product purchase, distributors split their 1st 2 sales with their sponsor 50/50 earning $499.
50 per sale.
Also, these 1st 2 people go into the sponsors downline.
Commissions on the 3rd sale and after are $999.
Free affiliates (those with no product purchase) pass up 4 sales to their sponsors before being qualified.
Since distributors "break away" from their sponsors after 2 sales, they are then in direct competition with them.
This may be okay for seasoned marketers but new people to internet marketing benefit from the team approach fostered by other compensation plans.
Also, if a newbie sponsors a real producer who makes 1 or more sales/day, they lose thousands of dollars on that persons sales.
Thay do have a sales center to close sales for distributors but there is no mention of how they are paid.
In this, as with any program, you'll want to consider who you'll be working with and what kind of and how much training and support there is .
The team approach works best if you are new to online marketing.
