How to Use Parsley as a Side Dish
- 1). Wash 8 cups of parsley and dry it using paper towels. Pick the leaves off the parsley, setting them aside and discard the stems.
- 2). Add 2 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp.of lemon zest, 2 tsp. of sesame oil, 6 tbsp.of walnut oil and 1 tsp. of honey to a large bowl.
- 3). Season with salt and pepper to taste before whisking the ingredients in the bowl together.
- 4). Add the washed parsley leaves and 3 tbsp. of toasted sesame seeds to the bowl.
- 5). Toss the ingredients together and allow the salad to sit, blending the flavors together, for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
