How to Kill Off Spaghetti Worms
- 1). Fillet the fish as usual.
- 2). Identify the worm as a spaghetti worm. It is white and anywhere from an inch to 3 inches in length. While it may appear that the fish has multiple worms, it is more likely that a single worm has been filleted along with your fish.
- 3). Grab the exposed end of the worm gently between the blade of your knife and your thumb.
- 4). Pull the worm from the flesh of the fish, keeping a firm but gentle grip on it. Dispose of the worm by tossing it away.
