• Nahm is housed within The Halkin Hotel, one of London's top boutique offerings. The restaurant boasts an Asian-infused cuisine and serves up to 46 patrons lunch and dinner, Monday-Friday. Those wishing to learn the art of Thai cooking may participate in a class at Nahm. Nahm's head chef offers mastery courses for up to eight individuals, each ending with lunch. Students will learn the art of integrating flavors, as well as how to combine a meal with an appropriate wine. Courses are offered at multiple times during the year, so be certain to check with the Nahm as to availability. As of August 2010, courses cost $372.

• Tamarai offers a dinner menu, a canapé menu and champagne, wine and cocktail lists. The restaurant also provides a chef's tasting menu, offering lunch, dinner and vegetarian options at a prix fixe price of $80.
