- 1). Log on to your computer and open your web browser. Click the "Tools" menu and select "Options" or "Internet Options."
- 2). Click the "Connections" tab and then the "LAN Settings" button. Click the "Proxy Server" check box and enter the address and port information for your proxy server. You can obtain that information from your Internet service provider or network administrator.
- 3). Click "OK" to save your changes. Close and reopen your Internet browser for the settings to take effect.
