How to Make Weeds Grow Very Fast
- 1). Sow dandelion seeds in an area of full sunlight during the fall or spring.
- 2). Plant the seeds 6 inches apart.
- 3). Add vegetable fertilizer and compost to the soil to help the growing process. Water the dandelions every few days.
- 4). Harvest the dandelions when fully grown. The roots, flowers and leaves can be ingested and are a healthy addition to any salad mix.
- 1). Transplant wild ginger starter plants to a shady spot in the garden. Look for an area where the soil is humid and a little acidic. Dig a hole that is bigger than the roots and cover with soil and compost.
- 2). Water the plants weekly and add fertilizer. Expect rapid growth within a few weeks.
- 3). Harvest the roots by burrowing a hole amid two plants and removing some of the roots when the plants are fully grown. Tea made from the roots can help alleviate upset stomachs and indigestion.
